How many sessions do I need?
While one session can bring powerful clarity, awareness and meaningful shifts, lasting change comes through integrating these new ways of thinking, feeling and responding over time.
Shifting lifelong patterns is a gradual process. Ongoing coaching allows us to go deeper, helping you to develop deeper self-awareness, understand yourself more fully and create more sustainable change in your day-to-day life.
