Transformational Mindset Coaching
Your subconscious mind shapes how you think, feel and act — often keeping you stuck in patterns that don’t serve you. I help you get clear on who you are at your core.
Through coaching and transformational tools, we explore your underlying beliefs, fears and conditioning, accessing and reprogramming deeper layers so you can shift limiting beliefs, people-pleasing, perfectionism, self-doubt and other inner blocks.
Techniques include EFT, hypnosis, parts integration, NLP, neural energetic wiring and encoding, and other subconscious reprogramming practices, all tailored to what will be most effective for you.
We also work with subtle energetic practices to calm, soothe and regulate your nervous system, creating a foundation to confidently call in the life you truly desire. I draw from a toolbox of techniques to work with your subconscious mind and support your nervous system, tailored to what will be most effective for you in the session. The goal is to strengthen helpful beliefs and release patterns, emotions or habits that no longer serve you.
I also draw on intuitive tools including astrology, Human Design, tarot, angel cards and other energetic insights to support your clarity, focus and next steps. These are integrated naturally where they add value, but the session is grounded and practical for anyone.

Spinal Energetics
Spinal Energetics is a gentle yet powerful modality that supports the nervous system to release stored tension, unwind protective patterns and restore balance within the body. By working with the innate intelligence of the client’s spine, nervous system and energetic field, sessions allow the body to naturally recalibrate, creating greater ease, clarity and connection.
This work can help reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, ease physical discomfort and chronic pain, enhance the nervous system’s capacity to respond to daily stressors, and deepen self-awareness, supporting you to feel more grounded, aligned and connected to your inner wisdom.
A session begins with gentle grounding and a light assessment of the body. I then use a combination of light touch, sound and breath to support the body in unwinding tension patterns. During a session, unprocessed emotions may surface, or you may feel the urge to stretch or move as the body releases. Some people feel deeply relaxed or sleepy, while others feel more energised, open, or reflective.
Each session is guided by your needs in the moment and fully within your control, and Reiki is often incorporated to help the body soften and release more deeply.
For me, Spinal Energetics has brought moments of clarity, emotional release and subtle shifts in perspective that decades of talk therapy never achieved. I can't wait for you to experience its magic in your life too.

ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Tori.
I’ve had anxiety my whole life, but I no longer identify as an “anxious person”.
For most of my life, I believed something was wrong with me. I’ve always been sensitive, reflective, and highly aware of what was happening internally and around me, but underneath that there was a persistent sense of not feeling fully okay in myself.
As a child, I experienced OCD-like thoughts, followed by depression at 10. I struggled with friendships, fitting in and feeling like I needed to adapt myself to be accepted. At home, I became highly attuned to other people’s moods, learning to adjust myself to keep the peace.
As a teenager, I experienced daily overwhelm, social anxiety and a deep sense of not belonging. I coped by performing, pleasing and trying to fit in so I could feel safe in connection. Focusing on achievement gave me a sense of control and became a way to manage the overwhelm.
In my early adult life, this pattern continued. On the outside I was functioning - university, work, life in London - but internally I often felt burnt out, disconnected and stuck in my head. I was highly self-aware, but it didn’t change how I felt. I said yes to things I didn’t really want to do, questioned whether I was the problem and struggled with boundaries and clarity.
Despite years of therapy and self-development, I often felt stuck in cycles without getting to the root. I was repeatedly told my brain was the problem and for a long time I believed that.
At 26, something shifted. I began to separate myself from anxiety. Maybe it wasn’t something wrong with me, but in my environment and lived experiences. This opened a new path of exploration into the nervous system and somatic healing.
I began working with the body through practices including Spinal Energetics. This marked a turning point in how I understood anxiety and depression - not as identity, but as protective nervous system responses. Through somatic work, emotional processing and subconscious reprogramming, I began to release long-held patterns and shift how safe I felt being myself.
What I came to understand was that I wasn’t broken - I was living from protection, in a nervous system that had learned to stay alert, overthink and adapt in order to feel safe. And as that began to shift, so did my life.
Many of us learn to wear masks - consciously or unconsciously - to feel safe, accepted, or enough. My work is about gently peeling back those layers and returning to a more authentic way of being.
